The opening hours of our Jumeirah Clinic are Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM, and Saturday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM GST (GMT+4).

For healthcare services delivered in-clinic, we accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash
• Debit and credit card
• Tabby (split payments into 4 installments)

We also offer direct billing and/or pay and claim with 42 insurance providers.

For NABTA subscriptions and any other NABTA packages purchased in-clinic, we accept payment via debit and credit card only.

Yes, we offer virtual as well as in-person consultations and home healthcare services. You can book appointments using this link.

Yes, we offer imaging services – such as ultrasounds, MRI, and CT scans – through a number of partners, with a complementary shuttle service available from our clinic(s).

Yes, we offer a comprehensive range of laboratory services to support the diagnosis of acute and chronic diseases, as well as food intolerances, allergies, and gut health issues.

Sample collection can be completed in clinic, or we can arrange for samples to be collected at home, at work or even on the move under our home healthcare license.
